Jukola Art Community

Facilities

Jukola community's activities take place in two big log houses, Jukola and Impivaara. Once the buildings have been school premises.

The Jukola building can accommodate 10 people in rooms of two, of which a few have their own toilets and showers. Visitors can also use one of the two shared sanitary facilities and take advantage of the sauna. A large kitchen is used for the preparation of meals for camps and courses. The building has a dining room with a comfortable sitting corner and a hall for gatherings and courses. There you will find a piano, drums, an acoustic guitar and other instruments.

The Impivaara building welcomes you with its three separate residences:
A) 2 rooms + kitchen
B) 3 rooms + kitchen
C) 4 rooms + kitchen
Each kitchen has the essentials for cooking, if your stay is more of an independent type. Each accommodation has its own toilet, B and C have a sauna with shower, too. In Impivaara you will also find a common room for different activities, e.g. painting for about 20 people.
